About Me

My photo
Becca
I'm a thirtysomething who is balancing work, family and living life without regrets. I divide my time between being a wife, mother and serving my community working as a civilian for the Marine Corps. I grew up in the mountains of West Virginia and although there are some things I will never miss - I will always be a Mountaineer at heart, missing the fresh mountain air and the smoky mist covering the mountains in the mornings. I met my love, Justin, while serving in Korea in the Army and we settled in the suburbs of Virginia. We have great schools, amazing community resources and there's always something wonderful to do. Over the years I have come to love Virginia as my home although some folks still like to remind you that they're "local". That's fine. Maybe that will just make me feel like a tourist in my own hometown and maybe I can just fool myself into thinking I'm on vacation. My two boys are wild at heart. They are adorable and energetic. Plain and simple -they keep me busy but I love it! I hope you enjoy being a part of our daily chaos. We may sometimes be stressed but we are ALWAYS blessed!
